New wedding decorations from The Wedding of my dreams this month. We love this ‘Love Shack’ Sign. In a distressed cream with rope to hang why not hang it on the door to your bridal suite or on the entrance to your wedding tipi?

For a rustic barn or country style table centre we have these hessian / burlap containers. Fill these wedding decorations with seasonal flowers or a chunky candle and place in the centre of you guests tables on a hessian runner.

If you’re looking for a simple and unique way to name your guests place settings we love these vintage lace heart name cards. They slip on to wine glasses taking up no space on the table and can tie in to you other lace or vintage wedding decorations.

The Midlands Vintage Chic Wedding Fair {Our Stand}

A couple of weeks ago we exhibited at The Midlands Vintage Chic Wedding Fair. It was a great day, some fabulous wedding suppliers were exhibiting and we met lots of lovely brides and grooms. Nicola from Daffodil Waves Photography was kind enough to take some shots of our stand. We are rather proud of our vintage ladders picked up while on a shoot down in Cobham, they make the perfect display for our wedding decorations.

Old School Milk Bottles were admired by all. These are the old school 1/3 pint milk bottles you may remember from school. Put a single flower head in them and use as table decorations or hang with twine from trees.

Simple cream jug with Sweet Avalanche roses and Astrantia would make a lovely table centre, Blackboard Signs for numbering tables and finished off with our favourite Time for Tea Sign.

For a more rustic grey and yellow look fill blackboard buckets with succulents and add a touch of yellow with craspedia and daisies.

For birdcage lovers out there you’ll love our Vintage Birdcage Wedding Table Plan, use the pegs that come with it or mix and match with white heart pegs.

For a different table plan you might choose our World Map Table Plan, name tables after cities or countries which you have travelled to as a couple. Use our antique keys to finish off bouquet wraps. Blackboard Wedding Ideas {Wedding Decoration Inspiration}

Blackboard wedding decorations are great for summer weddings. A simple and effective DIY way to add a personal touch to your wedding decor. We have lots of blackboard wedding ideas to share with you.

Use large blackboards or chalkboards around your wedding venue. Use large blackboards as directional signs, greet your guests, write the order of the day or just use the blackboards for quotes and sayings.

Blackboards are perfect for your wedding table plans and numbering tables. Use large blackboards, or special blackbard stickers which stick onto flat surfaces for your table plans. Or you could use mini blackboard labels to label jam jars or terracotta pots with numbers for a more unique table plan idea.

Numbering your tables with blackboard signs which stick into your table centres is one way of numbering your tables, alternatively have slate place settings and write each guests name on the sate with chalk. For an all in one table centre and table number blackboard buckets are fab. Write the table name or number on the front of the bucket in chalk and then fill with gorgeous seasonal flowers.
